A Better Way is a structured, education-based weight loss program offered at Easley Health & Spine that teaches you how to lose weight in a sustainable, healthy way and maintain your results long-term.

How the Program Works
Step 1: Your Initial Consultation
During this visit, you’ll:
Discuss your health history and weight loss goals
Review past challenges and barriers
Identify what may be missing nutritionally or mentally
Create a personalized starting plan
Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation with Kimberly, our in-house nutritionist.
This consultation sets the foundation for your success and ensures the program is tailored specifically to you.
The Four Phases of A Better Way
This program is broken into four intentional phases, each designed to build upon the last so progress feels manageable and sustainable.
Phase One: Awareness & Foundation
You’ll begin by identifying habits, patterns, and nutritional gaps while learning the “why” behind your current struggles.
Phase Two: Nourishment & Balance
This phase focuses on fueling your body properly, understanding food choices, and restoring balance without restriction.
Phase Three: Consistency & Growth
You’ll work on building routines that fit your real life, not a perfect schedule. This is where confidence and momentum grow.
Phase Four: Reflection, Refinement & Support
Together, we’ll assess your progress, review what’s working well, and identify any areas where you may feel stuck or uncertain. This is a time for deeper support, personalized adjustments, and filling in any remaining gaps so you feel confident moving forward.
